
Baked Maple Strawberry And Rhubarb Parafaits
Who said dessert couldn’t be healthy and delicious at the same time? These little parafaits are a great post dinner dessert option that will leave you feeling satisfied!
Our favourite ingredient in this recipe is the Walden Farms Guilt Free Maple Syrup which contains under 5 calories per 30ml serve! It’s also gluten free, 99% sugar free, carb free and fat free.
METHOD
- Combine the strawberries, rhubarb, stevia powder and maple syrup in a bowl and toss until the fruit is coated in syrup.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake, uncovered for 15-20mins at 200 degrees C.
- Remove from oven and divide between two parfait bowls, layering the yoghurt in between.
