Eating healthy and nutritious food isn’t always as simple as it seems. With the mountains of prepackaged and fast food available it is easy to see how many people fail.
No matter how good a diet plan is, it won’t do anything for you if you cant follow it. To make following a diet easy there is one simple thing you can do that will ensure you have great results… you can prepare!!
Some people like to prepare their meals ahead of time for the following day, even the following week. Personally I like to prepare my ingredients for a few days but prefer to make my meals fresh on the day.

- Sealable Containers
- A few minutes of your time
How to prepare:
- Cut and cook up your desired portions for the day/week
- Put the portions in containers for each meal
- Place in the fridge (Freezer if cooking a few days in advance)
Having your meals pre prepared gives you no excuse to eat the unhealthy fast foods that are available.
A few minutes of your time at the start of the day or a few hours at the start of the week will be the key to your diet success.
